Nice location and PT studio. Hope you are well. I’m doing great. In Nor Cal Still. Married, 14 years, two kids, girls, 10 and 7 and loving life. Getting back in shape this year looking to compete maybe next year. Around 260 @ 9 % body fat and looking better than I did when I used to compete.
